- Hinge manufacturer
Working up custom hinges from a drawing on paper into a model in SolidWorks, with the production drawings to go with it. Enjoyable work, until it became the same work every time. When that employer bought DriveWorks, Simone automated the drawings with DriveWorks Solo: from two hinges a day to two an hour.
- Application engineer
At a SolidWorks supplier: helping customers, giving DriveWorks training, starting up projects. With the same frustration every time. After the training and the advice, the involvement ended, right at the moment the real work began.
- ConfiCreate
Plenty of companies have no engineer available to set up DriveWorks in-house. That is how ConfiCreate started.

The company buys the licence from a reseller and chooses who handles the implementation.
What that delivers
ConfiCreate earns nothing from the licence. Advice on whether DriveWorks fits, and which modules are needed, is therefore completely independent.
Becoming an Authorized Services Partner only happens after a strict selection process. One of the benefits of that is regular contact with DriveWorks, which means extra support is available when a customer has unusual requirements.
ConfiCreate builds with its own SolidWorks and DriveWorks licences. The company does not need to provide anything for that.
Alongside the DriveWorks Pro certification, ConfiCreate as a services partner also holds the exclusive DriveWorks Expert certification. To keep it, a new exam follows every year, so the knowledge stays current.
